UPDATE: CHP has cleared this slide, but drive extra carefully in that area.
December 22, 2015 at 5:30 AM: A mud and rock slide has been reported on Hwy 4 below Forest Meadows in Murphys.
Be extra careful as the steep cliff on the grade above Murphys is saturated with rain and can easily let loose its boulders and trees.
