UPDATE: Sadly, this was apparently a 9 year old on the ATV.
January 1, 2015 at 2:30 PM: A traffic collision reported involving an ATV on Cord Road between Wallace and Clements has now been listed as a fatality.
Three CHP are at the scene and some of the party's have been taken to the Clements Firehouse. We don't have any other details of the crash.
