Hwy 4 snow parties on Hwy 4

   January 1, 2016 at 4 PM:  CHP has been dispatched to deal with multiple drivers stopped to play and sled in the snow in two places on Hwy 4.

   At Hwy 4 and Pine Drive, people are actually sledding near the Hwy and at Hwy 4 and Meko near Dorrington, cars again are parked near the roadway and people are out playing in the snow on and near the Hwy.
