As usual our Calaveras Supervisors had a long discussion about the Tea Potty's State of Jefferson bunch making a presentation in Calaveras County.They requested 3 hours at the Board of Supervisors. What difference does it make? Governor Brown would veto any idiotic idea like this anyway? Get a grip, Supervisors!!

Article 4 Section 3 is the only legal method of executing a state split. There is no action for a State Governor to take on the decision, purposefully. The Assembly and Senate of California are the final arbiters.
That's ridiculous. The governor would veto it even if the senate and house approved it. where did you go to school?
