At the January 26, 2016 meeting it was the proposed JPA for transit possibly moving to COG, away from the county.
Who is the Tea Potty person sitting in the audience every meeting, acting like they may be running against Ponte?? Could it be Dennis Mills, who seems to want a raise
in pay from the CCWD job he was just elected to for?

Dennis Mills has declared that he will be running for Dist 4 Supervisor in (I believe) an article in the Enterprise. No surprise that he might sit in on some Board Meetings.
so...there are already three tea party types who meet behind the scenes. now that they are worried Edson may not make it, are they trying to get mills???
Mills is a weirdo. How did he ever get elected to CCWD? Only because people didn't like Thomas, I think.

Kearney and Oliveira have reason to worry about the third vote. Edson's in big trouble. no one likes him. he screwed up the butte fire and brags as if he singlehandedly put it out.

What is the difference between Dennis Mills and the current board of supervisors? He is an intelligent person (no offense meant to Ms. Ponte). He gets the job done. he knows and respects the Brown Act, unlike Edson and his cabal!
Why aren't the voters concerned about Tofanelli running again, HE IS!
