If your neighbors owe you money, never paid for anything, even a court ordered payment and continue to steal, live their racist, no-good lives as if it just doesn't matter...You have "Neighbors from Hell"!! Lazy,
worthless, vandals, with racist Nazi families who assist them cannot EVER again be treated as normal once you know what they are really like!
Put up MORE cameras and check them regularly. Make sure they are hidden. And most of all, get even, get even, get even times 10 for a poisoned dog and all the other
criminal acts over the years. GET EVEN and forever GET EVEN!!!
