On the CCWD (Calaveras County Water District) agenda for Wednesday February 17, 2016 at 9 AM is declaring 20 Sandy Gulch Lane in Wilseyville as surplus.Who they plan to give it to is not indicated on the agenda. When we find out, we will let our readers know. Usually when this happens, some non-profit who supported the Director for that district gets the land for $1 a year.
