UPDATE at 9:15 AM: Traffic backed up and a 2nd tow truck is needed at the scene. One tow truck is stuck in traffic. The injured person has been taken to Doctors Medical Center.
March 28, 2016 at 8:30 AM: A black Honda has reportedly overturned on northbound Hwy 99 near Jack Tone Road in Ripon.
Several vehicles have stopped to assist. CHP and an ambulance are en route to the scene. Be extra cautious if headed that way.
