UPDATE: A passerby now has the man and dog in her vehicle.
March 20, 2016 at 7:30 AM: A vehicle has run off Hwy 4 on the Utica Powerhouse side above Murphys, near Folendorf Road.
Emergency personnel are en route to the scene. A white car is reportedly in the creek with a man and a dog. Be cautious if headed that way.
