Everyone knows that Sheriff Kuntz went to a beauty shop and got his hair dyed regularly.At the March 29, 2016 Calaveras Supervisors meeting it was clear that Oliveira of District 3 was the only older man with dark black hair. Does he use the same beautician as Kuntz did to try and look younger?
