You may have noticed the ad on TV the other day for forming "neighborhood watch" groups, which work well in many areas. But not here!
In Calaveras County people are less than reluctant to be involved due to their neighbors being "Neighbors from HELL!" who are alcoholics, PTSD mental cases the Sheriff allows to carry a gun and dirty cops.

What do you mean? Kuntz kicked it!
It doesn't make me happy, but you're right about that. My wife and I believe the theft we've experienced comes from right next door.
did you tell the cops?
We have the same problem, but crazy as hyenas
We did tell a deputy. They ignored us. nothing was done at all.
