Roadwork planned on Hwy 4

   Caltrans has work scheduled on Hwy 4 between Arnold and Upper Moran Road this week, March 28 - 30, 2016, barring weather.

   One way traffic will be in effect during most of the day. Be cautious as you approach that area.
