Move over, Ollie! I got to go tea potty!! |
Lie # 1. Steve Kearney states in writing that Caltrans officially removed the requirements from the Voorhees development to improve Hwy 26 and Olive Garden Road.
We reviewed all of the letters written by Caltrans officials regarding this development. We can find NO
statement of removing the requirements. The requirements were removed by the Planning Commissioners and Board of Supervisors.
Lie # 2. He never approved an asphalt plant in Rancho Calaveras without a Conditional Use Permit requiring stringent requirements and CEQA review.
We went back to all of the votes of the Board and Planning Commission. Kearney and his friends repeatedly stated that there was NO need for a Conditional Use Permit and stringent reviews of CEQA, only an Air Pollution permit (easy, easy, easy)!
We now realize that Kearney cannot tell the truth. He blames his constituents for the recall, calling THEM 'terrorists" and "elite", when it is Kearney who is looking like a 'terrorist' for putting an asphalt plant in their midst.
It is Kearney who is catering to his ELITIST friends, the Fords who own the asphalt plant and Voorhees, the rich developer who he is allowing to develop without following the contract to improve Hwy 26 and Olive Garden Road.

Olive Orchard Road is the questionable issue.
Every decision he makes is questionable.
