However, on this board, where controversy and hatred and racism rule, they had to have known that they could not get a 4/5 vote, and it failed to pass. The three clowns from the Tea Party (especially Oliveira) are supported by certain growers.
Oliveira was supported by a certain hardware store owner who has a big grow in Ebbetts Pass, we are told. He wouldn't dare vote to ban it.

The CCA isn't fooling anyone. They only care about regulations stopping any NEW grows. They are worried that the price of pot will go down even further than it already has.
Tomazewski of CCA thought he had a deal and was shocked at the vote. They want to stop new growers.
They want their palms greased, don't they???
