On Thursday evening April 28, 2016 CCWD held a community meeting to present their plan for replacing an old pipeline in the area. Underhill attended the meeting.In their press release they used phrases like "contructive Q&A session", "excellent
questions" that 'fleshed' (yes, they wrote fleshed, not flushed) out considerations about events, a "healthy dialogue" and how to "stay informed". We didn't hear it in exactly the same way.
