At around 5:30 PM on April 9, 2016 a Honda carrying 2 women, a teenager and 2 toddlers attempted to pass another car on Hwy 12 near Rio Vista, a dangerous stretch of road.The driver was unable to make it around the car in time or get back into her lane and crashed head-on into a Chevy Silverado, killing all of those in the Honda. People in the Chevy suffered minor injuries.
