UPDATE at 3:30 PM: CHP has cleared Hwy 4.
April 29, 2016 at 3 PM: A traffic collision has been reported on Hwy 4 near Stallion outside Angels Camp.
A silver sedan overturned and then landed back on its wheels. An ambulance is en route to the scene. Be extra cautious if in that area.
