Three men have been demoted after receiving correct answers to tests at the CalFire Academy from now convicted murderer Orville Fleming. The men had been promoted to captain as a result of their test scores.The men appealed the ruling which demoted James Michels, Justin Chaplin and Frank Schonig twice, but the judge upheld the punishment against the three. This was part of a massive scandal involving sex tapes and strippers in addition to the cheating by students.
