You have a "Neighbor from Hell" if....# 20

   We recently learned that there are actually neighbors who tell strangers to come and cut roses off YOUR property.

   One lady told us how hard she has worked and how much water she has to scrimp and save to keep her rose alive, only to have an abusive neighbor intentionally conspire to steal them.

    If this happens to you call the cops
and report it. The neighbor who sent them is legally responsible and is definitely a "NEIGHBOR from HELL?" 

   We were shocked that we knew who this person was who sent someone else to STEAL. In fact, we feel bad for all of you who have crazy, evil or criminal neighbors.
