On the Calaveras Supervisors agenda for May 10, 2016 is Barbara Yook, District Attorney's request for a County victim services program under her watch.
Since we are extremely aware that her office does the OPPOSITE of helping victims, in fact, that she assists the criminals accused, we feel she should NOT be allowed control of this program.
In fact, we have been told that she has sent Calaveras deputies out to tell female victims that they were NOW going to prosecute the criminals that had been reported; total lies. They NEVER DID!!
Yook is such bad news for women victims in this county. She should NOT be given this money.
