UPDATE: We were just sent a list of all of the Special Districts in Calaveras County, of which there are currently 35. All of which have elections and need legal advice, in which our County Counsel and other departments get involved.
Therefore, the taxpayers PAYS, and Supervisor Edson lied AGAIN!! He stated there could NEVER be a cost to the taxpayers for his Special RCD or Resource Conservation District to destroy our property rights.
Why can't Edson just tell the truth???
We requested a total of all the Special Districts currently in Calaveras County. We were told the Board clerk handled most of their issues and would know.
But she was so unsure she sent us to the Elections Department. Apparently there are so many they can't even count
them accurately. And Edson wants yet another one for us to pay for.
An RCD or Resource Conservation District is Edson's idea to give them the right to tell us what we can do with our land forever our property rights gone. NO on RCD and NO on EDSON 2nd term!!!
