Five Calaveras Supervisors without ability to lead or make decisions

    Calaveras Supervisors were told by County Counsel at the beginning of the May 2, 2016 meeting that the Special Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 3, 2016 would not be able to include the Urgency Ordinance against marijuana in Calaveras County.

   This is apparently due to Brown Act requirements. Counsel said she couldn't get it
together in time. They hedged and hemmed and hawwwed as only they can do and we aren't sure when they are rescheduling the Marijuana Ordinance.
