UPDATE: Per CHP this collision resulted in major injuries for one victim.
May 28, 2016 at 11:20 AM: A traffic collision has the #1 lane blocked at Hwy 99 at the eastbound Hwy 4 exit in Stockton.
CHP is en route, but be extra cautious if headed in that direction.
