Anton Yelchin, the 27 year old who played Chekov in the new Star Trek movies was killed today when he was run over by his own car in his driveway. Yelchin apparently did not realize the brakes were not on when he walked behind the car and it began rolling backwards, pinning him to a fence and cement mailbox.
