Looks like the incumbent Mayor of Stockton Anthony Silva will be in a runoff with Michael Tubbs in November 2016.Tubbs has around 34% of the vote and Silva has 26%. Silva has been under pressure due to his wanting to increase the sales tax to pay for law enforcement.
