Supervisor Oliveira announced that he would be participating in a 4th of July parade in Arnold on Hwy 4 on Saturday morning.Caltrans has warnings up that Hwy 4 may be blocked through town from 9 til noon. Will he be PACKING!!! Be cautious, just in case!
