CAL FIRE: Cut your trees down for LA water? Don't cut any tree wthout their inspection??

  If you think you are confused, you are not alone. First CalFire started sending people out to force you to cut down all your trees so that LA could have water for the twin tunnels.

   Now they send a press release that you cannot cut ONE tree down without their personal inspection.  Something is screwy in calfireland!!!  Who's running that outfit??
