At the June 21, 2016 Special Meeting to consider the Cannabis Initiative in Calaveras County, the BAN people got up to moan and groan that their initiative had been rejected.During the signature gathering process,
the SierraSentinel.com received multiple complaints of aggressive and improper behavior and that the cover sheet was NOT attached during the process of collections.
The Calaveras Sheriff had to respond in several instances. We reported everything we were told to the Elections Office!! The Tea Potty bunch is always causing trouble
in Calaveras County.
