UPDATE: This is a major injury crash.
June 29, 2016 at 2 PM: A car left Hwy 4 in Bear Valley and hit a tree it has been reported.
Two air medics have been dispatched, along with CHP and a tow truck, to the scene. Be extra cautious if headed that way.
