June 14, 2016 at 6 PM: A vehicle reportedly went through a fence off Hwy 88 near Liberty Road, just outside Clements.
The vehicle left the scene, but the license plate was left behind. CHP is now at the scene. They are repairing the fence to keep the cows in.
