      On the east coast, hedge fund manager Steve Cohen is remodeling his 62 million dollar mansion in the by literally tearing it down to bear bones.

    On the west coast, the Playboy mansion sold to the next door neighbor. This is the family that owns Hostess (Twinkies, etc).  No real estate problems with the billionaires in the US.
