June 12, 2016 at 10:30 AM: A vehicle crash involving a grey KIA Optima running off Parrotts Ferry Road and over the embankment near Hwy 4 in Vallecito has been reported.
CHP is at the scene. An ambulance in responding. Be cautious if headed that way.
