RNC Rules Committee battles over right to change vote

   Even though the average Joe who votes doesn't realize it, what happens at the political party in the rules and platform committees affects everything.

   Yesterday, after going behind closed doors due to a deep divide,
the rules committee did not approve changing the rules to allow delegates who disapprove of Donald Trump to vote their "conscience".  Very interesting. Doug Osse of California is a pro-Trump and Senator Lee of Utah is an anti-trump.
