The Public Works Director tried to announce the retirement of employee Turley and a new employee, but the constantly campaigning Chair "Buzzard" Edson could not allow him to finish.
He got up and walked in front of the podiums to again steal the spotlight, campaigning for his re-election. If the people re-elect this man, there is something wrong, very wrong. NO on Edson!!!
