When we received the specific charges that Renee Hogan had been alleged to have committed, we had to ask about the one of Arson with Insurrection.
Turns out that if you accidentally or otherwise, start a fire when the Governor of the State of California has declared a Drought State of Emergency, you can be charged with Arson and Insurrection against the government.
This should make some of those crazies who play with fire, think twice!! It carries maximum prison terms of up to 7 years, just for Insurrection.
