Mayor Anthony Silva was arrested this morning at the Stockton Youth Camp at Silver Lake in Amador County. Arrested by San Joaquin County Sheriff deputies, he is being held at the Amador County Jail.Charges allegedly involving minors came from seizure of his cell phone at an airport in Stockton several months ago. The alleged charges are from August of 2015.

Was Edson with him. He liked to follow him around and felt important that silva liked him. Two peas in a pod???
I do know that he was much too busy and way too important to go help his mother evacuate.
