As reported on KCRA, the 8000 employees and students who were attending ITT Technical Institutes are left in the dark as of this morning, September 6, 2016.
The nearest campus to Calaveras County is in Lathrop, but there are many throughout California. They have been in business for 50 years, and blame the federal government for the investigations they are conducting.
