On September 11, 2016 Calaveras Sheriff's deputies arrested Maxwell Allen Gillette (40) of San Andreas, at Turner Park in San Andreas.
Gillette was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Possession of a Controlled Substance in Prison, a felony, along with an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
