City of Angels Camp raises fees, adds impact fees

   At their September 6, 2016 City Council meeting the City of Angels will approve raising nearly all fees on its residents and impact mitigation fees on anyone building in the City.

   Just in time for the new 50 lot subdivision addition to Greenhorn Creek, the City
Manager tried to say it was just a coincidence at their last meeting. RIGHT!!!!
