If your dead tree falls on neighbors home?????

   The Calaveras Supervisors are hearing a presentation of the dead trees in Calaveras County.

   The expert says that within 6 months a dead tree can become weak enough to be blown over onto a neighbors home. 

    If you don't remove your dead trees and they fall on someone else's property, you are liable.  Your insurance will not cover it either, according to this county speaker.

  Remove any dead beetle trees quickly or suffer the consequences.  There will not be enough grant money available to cut these trees for free.
