UPDATE at 3:10 PM: Four CHP are still at the scene of this crash.
September 24, 2016 at 1:25 PM: A vehicle overturned
off Hwy 4 and through the fence at Utica Powerhouse on Hwy 4 in Murphys.
We aren't sure if it was a car that went in the water
or what happened, but there are several ambulances, and CHP at the
scene and CPR is being provided. Avoid the area if possible.
