On Tuesday November 1, 2016 the Angels Camp City Council will meet to approve a contract with High Country Builders to insulate the Museum Carriage House for a price of $ 29,995.The only other item is a Closed Session for the long-running lawsuit with Marie Starr. Seems like a waste of staff time.
