Auction for Tax Defaulted Calaveras County properties

   On Friday, November 11, 2016 a public auction sale will be held by www.bid4assets.com beginning at 8 AM and ending November 14, 2016 between 12 Noon and 1 PM.

   Properties are sold as is, and you can only bid online.
The minimum bid is the price listed. You must register ahead of time at bid4assets.com for $35.00, plus a $2500.00 refundable deposit..

   Due diligence is incumbent on the bidder. Calaveras County and its employees are not liable for failure of electronic equipment. The highest bidder is legally obligated to purchase the property.

   Also, a California transfer tax of $ .55 per each $500 in value will be added. The right of redemption for these properties ceases on November 10, 2016 at 5 PM.
