October 26, 2016 at 2:45 PM: CHP is en route to the MarVal parking lot in Valley Springs where a collision occurred and one car is blocking the other from leaving.
Apparently all information was given by reporting party, but they are blocking the vehicle til CHP arrives at the scene.
