Jan Kevin Storm, 66, of Valley Springs, died at his home October 17, 2016 after a long battle with cancer.He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Storm, sons Matthew and Mark Storm, daughter Ellen Storm, as well as his
brothers Kim and Kyle Storm.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday October 21, 2016 at San Andreas Community Covenant Church at 10 AM.
Burial will follow at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon.
Memorial contributions in Jan's honor can be made to Hospice of Amador and Calaveras Counties.
