The attorney for the Dickenson appeal regarding a cannabis grow denial, pointed out that the permitting process in the Urgency Ordinance that the Calaveras Supervisors approved does not allow for DUE PROCESS under the law.
Hopefully, Measure C & D will pass, making the law more fair for everyone, and collecting taxes legally. This will correct the unfair codes and get rid of the illegal grows in Calaveras County.
Christ Wright rightfully agreed with the appellants attorney, in our opinion.
