UPDATE: Hwy 4 is closed in both directions. We aren't sure where they are setting up the detour.
November 17, 2016 at 9:40 AM: A big rig carrying windows has crashed into the bridge on Hwy 4 near Old River in the Discovery Bay area.
There is glass all over the roadway. Avoid the area if possible until they can clean it up.
