Calaveras Democrats shift to local issues

   From Tom Pratt, Chair of the Democratic Central Committee:

   We lost the White House to a candidate who poses grave danger to our values and our Democracy.

   However, with the general election behind us, Calaveras Democrats will now shift from national to local issues. In the New Year will begin a series of workshops with Calaveras Democrats across the county to find out what's on their mind, what they care about, and what issues are most important to them.

   With this information, we will build a slate of local candidates that reflect our values to run in the next cycle.

   We will also complete the work of building out our subcommittees which was sidelined by the general election.
