UPDATE: Hwy 49 is now open and clear.
November 17, 2016 at 3:15 PM: Four CHP are at the scene of a car that overturned on Hwy 49 near Carson Hill outside Angels Camp.
No injuries have been indicated but the roadway is blocked until a tow truck can clear away the car.
