UPDATE: We just learned that a tree is down at that location. Avoid the area if possible. There are a lot of trees just waiting to come down if the wind gets bad.
November 19, 2016 at 11:10 AM: Power lines are reportedly down on Fairway and Fifth Green Drive in Arnold.
Fire and PG&E have been notified. CHP is en route to the area.
